Over the last 20 years, we've seen an incredible transformation along the waterfront. Governors Island is one of the best examples. Sitting smack in the middle of New York Harbor and just 800 years off the tip of Lower Manhattan, this 172 acre jewel has been re-energized with extraordinary open space.
