The MTA will offer 10% discounts for LIRR and Metro North customers traveling in NYC, as a way to get more drivers to take the train when congestion pricing starts June 30th.  Lisa Daglian, the executive director of the Permanent Citizens Advisory committee to the MTA (PCAC), joins Drive Time with Michael Wallace.
