The Food and Drug Administration has finalized a plan to regulate laboratory medical tests to make sure they are safe and accurate.  Tests that are used to diagnose diseases like cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.  Washington Post Health care reporter Rachel Roubein joins Drive Time with Michael Wallace.
