Last week I meet with Nazli Parvizi, the Executive Director of the Museum of Food and Drink. She and her staff were adding the finishing touches at their new home in the historic Empire Stores Building at 55 Water Street in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn. And here's Nazli with some fantastic news,
"On Valentine's Day MOFAD opens its doors finally to our first brick and mortar location in 3 years and if you come to our new Dumbo location you'll find an incredible exhibition called Flavor: The World to Your Brain and we're really unpacking what is it that lets you experience flavor, what's the science behind it, the culture, what's the flavor industry, what's the difference between artificial and natural."
