Our presentation of our coverage June 17th, 1994 of what was one of the Longest Days for the WCBS News Team...first thing in the morning a Long Island Railroad Strike was making getting to work a nightmare for LI commuters...and for those hoping to take the LIRR to the Rangers Stanley Cup winning ticker tape parade,  During our coverage of that, word came of the warrant for OJ Simpson's arrest on the charge of murder.  WCBS won multiple awards for our coverage that day...the day we came to call 1994: The Longest Day
