People who have already cast ballots in Chicago for the March 19th primary have been able to vote on a controversial referendum that would raise taxes on some high-dollar real estate sales -- even though a judge has knocked it off the ballot. WBBM political editor Craig Dellimore reports supporters of the measure asked an appellate court to overturn that decision.
