An Illinois appellate court has thrown out the murder conviction of the man accused of shooting 15-year-old Hadiya Pendleton ten years ago - and Friday afternoon Hadiya's father tells WBBM that the court's decision is "like a kick in the throat." WBBM Newsradio's Steve Miller reports.
