A judge in Will County Wednesday sentenced a Harvey man to more than two decades behind bars for a carjacking in 2022 that started on Chicago's North Side. In announcing the sentence, the county's top prosecutor had some pointed criticism for his counterparts in Cook County. WBBM's Rachel Pierson reports.
