Chicago's colorful celebrations of Mexican Independence Day have brought pride and pageantry to much of the city -- as well as traffic tie-ups and other disruptions downtown. 

WBBM's Andy Dahn reports leaders of Chicago's Mexican community say they're working on a plan to avoid that this year.
