Members of the Chicago Park District board gave final approval Wednesday to the agreement that will bring the Riot Fest music festival back to Douglass Park on  Sept. 20 - 22. The vote was a victory for local business leaders, who cited a boost in revenue from people visiting the festival, but some Chicagoans said they wish it would stay away.
