At Warrior One Yoga, we’re passionate about sharing our knowledge and providing the best possible training for anyone who is interested in teaching yoga. Whether you’re all in and fully committed to becoming a teacher, or you just want to go deeper to embody the teachings, we want to give you the tools to do just that.



Based in Melbourne, our 200 hour yoga teacher training has been running for six years now. We offer this training twice a year over an eight week period that spans five months. Meeting on weekends, with a few weeks off in between, our training is designed for anyone at any stage of their teaching journey. 



Through our training, you’ll receive a 200 hour certification which means you’ll be qualified to teach yoga publicly.  



We often have people reaching out to us with their concerns, like not feeling good enough at yoga. They can’t do handstands or half the postures in the physical practice. However, we don’t believe that putting a performance goal on your physical yoga practice is good practice in itself. 



Yoga is about showing up and giving your best, and as long as you’re committed to doing that, you are more than enough.



We aim to break down our training so that it’s achievable for people of all walks of life, whether they work full-time, have children or various other commitments outside work.
