07 - Chakras unlocked with Heidi

Today Nova is joined by Heidi, one of our beautiful teachers at the Warrior One Brighton Studio as they take a deep dive into chakras unlocked. Heidi has such a unique way of teaching, infusing energy into yoga Asana through pranayama (breathing practises), mantra and sound. 



Heidi has an incredible depth of wisdom and insight into the chakras system. On the mat, she loves teaching her students how to connect to the spaces beneath the physical that are unseen, and sometimes not even known until we have awareness of the energy within.



In this insightful conversation, Heidi shares how everything in our body corresponds to sound, energy and vibration. She goes into detail about the 7 main chakras, the emotions and energies connected to them and how this understanding relates to yoga. 



There is so much wisdom here for you today as Heidi describes each energy centre, starting with the root chakra all the way up to the third eye and crown chakra. She shares her insights on unlocking each energy centre and how the awareness of your chakras system brings you into alignment on and off the mat.
