Host Eric Calley interviews Douglas Brinker, a Navy and National Guard Veteran about his new book, "My Dark Shadow", which is not only a motivational book on being a 2 time survivor of suicide, but what it was that propelled him to become a mental health advocate for all. Douglas is also an advocate for the Jackson Veterans Coalition and VMS-Mental health and welfare program for the VFW.
