The Competition Commission has released proposed amendments to its guidelines to small merger notifications, which are set to take effect after the 7th June 2021. Tonight we’ll be speaking to Misha van Niekerk, a Senior Associate in the Competition Law department. She specialises in competition law and advises a number of large corporate entities in respect of all aspects relating to competition law. She holds qualifications from the University of Stellenbosch and Wits.
