I'm so excited to share my chat with a fitness trainer, family man and entrepreneur, Bachelor star Sam Wood.

Founder of 28 by Sam Wood and The Woodshed, one of Australia's biggest personal training studios, Sam likes to think that he started young with the business side of life.

After growing up with his dad, who also had an entrepreneurial mind, and his great run on The Bachelor in 2015, he launched Gecko Sports - Australia's first-ever kid's gym, which grew to 30 franchises.

From then on, he's also created 28 by Sam Wood - celebrity trainer and regular media commentator - and The Woodshed, which really shows his knack for business.

Now, Sam is the ambassador of The Better Project for The Kids Cancer Project, as well as a host on his brand new podcast, 'The Wood Life'.
