Krissy shares the story of escaping a wellness retreat, Brady opens up about feeling judged in a supposedly inclusive spiritual space, and reveals what happened when he tried frog poison and ayahuasca in the jungle. Tati calls out TikTok’s clean girl aesthetic and makes a big confession.

We unpack what happens when ancient wisdom gets repackaged and sold back to us, and how others profit from making us feel like we’re never enough. Drawing on our experiences working with rangatahi, we explore the pressure to buy our way into feeling whole, the difference between individual wellbeing and collective hauora Māori, and the importance of the people around us.

A funny, honest Māori-led podcast about trying - and often failing - to care for our wairua in a world obsessed with wellness.

Hosts Kristina Cavit (founder of The Kindness Institute), Brady Polkinghorne (Māori mindfulness nerd), and Te Aorangi Morini (22-year-old kura grad) explore what it actually means to be “well” without buying into wellness bullshit.

Three unlikely best mates bring mātauranga Māori and Western wellbeing into the same conversation - questioning what we’ve been taught and what actually works in real life. Along the way, they share their own wellbeing fails, questionable fads, and the things they’ve learned from years of working alongside rangatahi and whānau across Aotearoa.

New episodes out every Monday.
