In hour four of Live Bet Sunday, Tim Murray, Geoff Schwartz, and Wes Reynolds react to the first half of the later NFL games in week 1.

This is Live bet Sunday on vsin the Sports Betting Network.

Who is.

It is v SIN the Sports Betting Network, And sadly, as I was looking up in one of our televisions here in studio, I was watching Will Levis throw an interception as the Chicago Bears are going to beat the Tennessee Titans, much to all.

Of our chagrin on this not necessarily mine, but I do bleed for you a little bit because I had the dead wrong side. So sometimes you get right side losers and wrong that's right winners, and I helt I had a wrong side. Winter second half was the right side coming back on Chicago minus four. I think a lot of the middlers did that, but they don't end up getting their middle because Tennessee not going to cover this game. Tennessee one time outlet but only one fifteen on the clock. All but over in Chicago.

And Jeff Schwartz over there to Murray west Reynolds. It is Live Bets Sunday. Here, games coming to a close. We'll have a whole fresh new batch starting here in just a little bit. Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals facing a fourth down here it is incomplete, so a breath of relief there for Cardinal backers who took the points. They'll cover all numbers and also Bill either money line, teaser, whatever you.

Have with the Bills comes awesome using him in the contests at the worst number to make up for that Carolina at plus six and a half, but Arizona should be able to cover all numbers. Two timeouts left to go, but with so little time on the clock.

This is over in Buffalo, by the way, Jeff, I'm seeing this stat they're showing it on the graphic. Last win with less than one hundred and fifty yards two thousand and six, and that is what the Chicago Bears are going to do this afternoon. Two touchdowns for the Bears, one off of a punt block returned by Jonathan Owens mister Simone Biles, and then one of the grossest pick sixes you'll ever see as the Chicago Bears snatch a victory away from the Tennessee Titan.

I have a trend to update though, and we kind of mentioned it a little bit earlier in the show. The number one quarterback in the draft since the merger. This all the way back into nineteen seventy. I want to give Evan Abrams from the Action Network credit for this because he put it out there and he was on with us on Live Bet Saturday right here on VSIN yesterday since the merger. In the first start was four twenty two and one straight up seven and twenty against the number. So add one in the win column now for Caleb Williams.

So as we're keeping our eyes on this one, Jeff down in in South Beach, Seventeen to seventeen is the score. The Miami Dolphins are driving and trying to come back. They were down seventeen to seven in this one, and the Dolphins trying to get this victory, which would be fine by me because I have Jags plus three and a half.

Yeah, they're good back. I'm so fanta say. By the way, this Bryce young prop I took. I took over one sixty five passing yards. All he's done the second half is throw the ball and he still can't get there.

It's like incompletely he's got one more chance here.

Yeah, Like they just it's it's wilding. They're trying. They're like, I think he's doing another complete passed, Like they're trying to pass the ball. You're trying to get yards and you just turn the ball over again on down He's he's thirteen of thirty. Heez. I mean, the SAMs aren't even trying to play defense right now. They're just sitting in zone coverage hanging out, and he can't get the ball down the field at all.

And the Houston Texans will be victorious in Indianapolis as they just converted a third and three big play. We were watching it during the break. Nico Collins made a phenomenal play on the sideline.

Also great throw right Jeff from CJ. Stroud. So a very close game.

The Colts will get the cover, but the Texans are going to win this one twenty nine to twenty seven.

And I hate to be mister after.

The fact here, but this is something that I regularly do as a better when you have a favorite, oftentimes in ANFL three or last I'll usually lay money, Like in the contest, are screwed. You got to do the spread right. You can't do a money line. But in terms of laying it, because I don't like to lay two and a half, I'm like, I'd rather just pay the extra big and lay that money line. Hopefully you did that if you bet. The Texans obviously in the contest, couldn't do that.

Yeah, and I had the Titans in both contests, so that was pretty pretty unfortunate that game unfolded.

But hopefully we'll get this one home here with the Houstons happy.

The NFL is back to him, so we can get all these insufferable beats and you know, maybe a couple of lucky wins. But what do they say to Tim? They always even out right, that's that's what they tell me.

That's the hope.

And yeah, yeah, but the guy you work with often says, there's nothing worse than hope.

That is the wise words of Matt Humans, nothing worse than hope. The Miami Dolphins, Jeff, are out there to try out a fifty two yard field goal.

It's been the it's been the day of fifty two yard field goals. They missed it.

Yep, wow, oh wait, oh wait, wait, that's a replay.

That's a replay.

Yeah, I think that. I think Jacksonville took a time. I'm out to go ahead. Nice Jason Sanders missed it.

I was like, wow, ahead of you guys, I know we.

Haven't had any field goals today. It feels like missing, but it is officially final. The Houston Texans a winner over the Indianapolis Colts, so wes as we wait for this field goal to be kicked, dogs have eenmbarking today man similar as we mentioned with college football. So Pittsburgh went outright. As the field goal is up and it is good. The Miami Dolphins have defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars, so let's just run through it real quickly. Miami wins does not cover Dogs one and O. Pittsburgh Wins obviously covers Dogs.

Two and er.

I'm gonna consider Minnesota a dog here because Circa closed them at plus one. So Dogs three and oh ats, I don't think I'm gonna go on a limb. I don't think Carolina is going to get home. So Dogs three and one ATS New England won outright four and one. Chicago den ultimately comes back four and two, Arizona five and two, Indianapolis six and two.

Dogs in the early windows six and two ATS.

And and the under five and three so far to the under, so dogs and unders have been a good formula, at least in Week one of the regular season. The last several years continues in the early window.

All right, so let's update before we get under way, as they just kicked off in Seattle. As it looks like the Broncos will start with the ball in Seattle, they're actually I beg your pardon, no, that is Seattle.

So my apologies. Closing number by the way, six and the hook and about forty two on the total up there in Seattle.

And the closing number in La.

Chargers will call it three minus a week three fifteen, So juice to the Raiders side, for sure.

Total did get bet up a little bit to forty one at the close. By the way, the Jim Nance crew is in LA for Chargers. Raiders, they are I believe it is the alternate, the alternate game. So they're going to go against TV Tom's debut there in Cleveland, Dallas. Cleveland, by the way, one of the one twenty five Pacific for twenty five Eastern kicks.

All right, we'll get a preview of both those four to twenty five Eastern kicks here on the other side of this break. But Jeff, as we are seeing these games conclude, everything has gone final except for New Orleans and Carolina, which has basically been finals since that game started. Biggest takeaway for you, Jeff, throwm this early window of games eight games and Dogs once again six and two ats, but Miami coming back to get a nice win there and Cincinnati, boy, they get knocked off and down go the Cincinnati Bengals.

The takeaway These games in the NFL, man, for the most part, are always close. We don't how many games today we saw that were blowouts. Early two touchdown leads end up being field goal wins either direction.

I was not very happy in the first session of this program with how the games were starting.

No, I've already been crushed. I just like this is It's the NFL that's hard. So the Titans one I can't get over. I'm not gonna lie. Sixty five passing arms for the Bears, tightens up double digits in the second half and couldn't cover three and a half, no offensive points, no offense touchdowns for the Bears, and couldn't get like, couldn't get home. It's so frustrating. It's just so frustrating.

Let's get a quick update on Denver and Seattle. Did Seattle turn the ball over?

They did stripsack.

I believe oh man.

So Denver coming out, and we've already seen one rookie get his get to start there and get.

Them Smith actually got picked off here. So Denver now in the red reception.

Wow, yeah, there it is. They're showing it on one of the screens here. So the Denver Broncos who kicked off to start the game. Bo Nick's making his NFL debut, catching six and a half and they are inside the.

Fifteen yard line. So decent start there for the Denver.

Bronc Not what I wanted to see on Seattle here, but obviously very early. I do like the fact that Seattle is where in the old school uniforms at least, maybe that'll bring them some good luck that old you know, kind of more royal blue and silver the classic Seahawks look.

Yeah, So still to come this afternoon, coming up in about twenty minutes, the Washington Commanders taking on Tampa Bay and that game we will get some thoughts on that one shortly, as well as the Cleveland Browns taken on the Dallas Cowboys.

So eight games have gone final.

I guess Carolina New Orleans hasn't gone final yet, but we can put the hay in the barn on that one. New Orleans will win and cover and the overhit in that game as well. But as we talked about Dog six and two against the spread and five and three so far to the under Las Vegas and the Chargers underway, and it looks like one shot actually did close two and a half right before kick, So some late money on the Raiders did hit the market one two and a half out there, but a consensus juice three was the number that ultimately closed out that one West.

Yeah, yeah, and you mentioned a bunch of week threes. There was a two and a half at the tip of the strip down in the south side of town at the south point, So Raiders were getting a lot of the support because I think not only the Herbert injury, but also you know new staff here with Jim Harbaugh and company, and they want to try to run the ball. How healthy is justin Herbert. They say he's healthy, or he says he's healthy, we don't know yet, so that could be a lingering injury. And by the way, looks like Seattle is going to keep Denver out of the end zone here on the first drive unless unless Denver, okay Willlotts is now onto kick for the Broncos.

Here biggest, biggest shock of the early window.

We see the Cincinnati Bengals, historically slow starters, get off to a slow start here.

What is happening here in much game in Denver?

Yeah, I think they had a delay of Oh, they took a delay of willlots they were going to try to draw the Seattle Seahawks off.

Okay, yeah, I was like, what are we looking like?

Field goal up and good? So the Denver Broncos turn a Geno Smith interception into three points. The first Chargers drive of the Harbaugh era ends in a punt. So the Las vegasaw just go.

Actually not for me, because I'm on the Raiders on a teaser today.

So unders and dogs are barking here and we're underway as the dog in Seattle takes the early lead. Much more as we will get you ready for those four to twenty five kicks. Cleveland hosting the Dallas Cowboys, Washington visiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Thoughts on those games and best bets next.

Four o'clock window underway alongside West Reynolds, I am Tim Murray here in Las Vegas will be rejoined with Jeff Schwartz, former NFL offensive lineman. In just a moment, Den brought three to nothing after an early Geno Smith interception, and the Raiders are with the ball after the Chargers opening drive led to a punt. But it looks like the Raiders will be punting it back to the Los Angeles Chargers. How about this for those of you who had the Titans, or if you're like Wes, you had the Bears. Evan Abrams just tweeted this out. The Titans led today seventeen to nothing and eventually lost twenty four to seventeen, failing to cover the spread. Dogs of four plus points to lead by seventeen or more at any point in the game were.

Sixty six one and one ATS.

Since two thousand and nineteen, the only team who was a dog of four or more that had that lead. You might remember it the Houston Techs in the Divisional round of the playoffs against the Kansas City Chiefs, as they blew that lead very quickly, and I think the Chiefs had the lead by the end of the half. But sixty six one and one. Thanks for Good to be back, NFL, good.

To be on, Good to be a part of history, right, Jack, you love to be on.

That on that one. It's only happened one time, so it's like, Okay, I was on the side that was on the second time. That's happened to me countless times in whatever random trend that Evan Abrams can find. And he's one of the best at doings.

Why do we do this to ourselves every weekend?

I don't know, but we keep coming back, we keep going back.

I've already hit I've already hit culturaball wagers for this week like I'm I can't stop myself.

We are gluttons for punishment.

I made one cultorable wager, by the way, for this next weekend. Oh yeah, I took organ MIZEE fifteen. I don't bet on my team very often. The Beavers are not very good. It's like that simple. And I think that Oregon they finally switched their offensive line in the second half and made a big difference. And if you eliminate fifty percent of the mistakes, you're gonna score fifty points next weekend. We just the mistakes are there's a lot a lot of mistakes, and so we eliminate some of those mistakes. We're going to be fine. Our defense also played better than I think the final score indicated too, so I think we'll cover this week finally for the first time this season.

Well, I was on Oregon pretty heavily last night and laying the number. Fortunately was able to get them in game to offset some of the losses here at CIRCA. By the way, Oregon is a two touchdown favorite at fourteen.

All right, Oh wow, I got a bad number. Then I thought the number would not dip that far down.

Gentlemen, let's hit on these two games coming up Momentarily. We are now starting to see four's show back up, Jeff, I believe you are on Tampa Bay here lay in the number three and a half still out there if you have access to the super book here in Nevada or Caesars william Hill looks like it's a juice three and a half. But give us why at four twenty five you're gonna be laying the lumber with Todd Bowles and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

I think we saw it with Kaleb Williams today, where you know, like it's just hard to play in the National Football League as a rookie in your first start and you're going on the road. Killer Williams was at home. You're playing a Bucks team that at the playoffs last year, a Division winner, good football team, Lawn New in Washington. I think it's just a tough spot for the Commanders, and I kind of, you know, maybe it's a little confirmation bias because we just saw you know, you know, I just saw what happened with KILEB. Williams. But that's sort of that's sort of my play here, guys. I just look at at you know, what the what the Bears did, and I could see the Washington doing exact same thing. Wash He's not as good as the Bears either, So I think it's a tough matchup for them going on the road here.

This was an absolute pass for me, by the way, because of what Jeff says about, you know, rookie starting on the road here with Jaden Daniels. But I am down on Tampa Bay at least for the season.

Now.

You never want to bet your season wins or your season prop stuff on a week to week basis. That's a good way to go broke bet in this league. But I do think Baker Mayfield, even though Carolina is certainly not very impressive in his debut as a head coach. But I do think Baker Mayfield's gonna miss Dave Canalis much like Gino Smith did last year in Seattle. And I think the Bucks got kind of lucky, to be honest with you. Last year they had a lot of injury luck, and you know, different type of things that formulate luck. Todd Bowles, by the way, is a favorite of three or more seven and fourteen against the number. Baker Mayfield historically not a very good favorite either, So I did not have anything either way. This might be an end play, but I could make a convincing case for either side.

So just looking at the market what we're seeing right now, we're seeing some late over money come in on this game as forty two and a half's are starting to show out there. Actually it was more under money earlier this week. Forty two and a half looks like where we're gonna be, and then all the fours three and a halfs are all getting scooped up, So definitely late money here on Tampa Jeff Dallas at Cleveland. It's been a rocky off season for both of these teams. Really, Ceedee Lamb does get his deal. Dak Prescott gets his deal earlier today. So right now you're looking at a market we'll call it two, but you can get some two and a half's out there if you do want to ride with the Dallas Cowboys. Certainly a teaser leg could be an option to knowing where this number is, you could bump it up to eight and a half, but usually have to find a dance partner Dallas and Cleveland.

Jeff, anything for you on the card?

Yeah, I have a Dallas and a teaser with the Colts. So my first leg already hit and now we're you know, we're hoping to cash with done. I outslet the under this game again. I think it's a run the ball. Both teams want to run the football, keep it cleaning against these defenses. Also added a Miles Garrett over oversack over point seventy five sacks. I think that he's going to get to rookie tackle and Dak Prescott has historically struggled when Toront Smith is not in the in the lineup, he's not on the team anymore. So I like the under of this game as well. And I think vice versa Browns offensive line some issues that left tackle against like the Cowboys. So I think we're gonna see, you know, just a lower scoring game here in Cleveland.

Yeah, I'm on the under as well, under forty three. By the way, there is some laid over money. You're seeing his high as forty two and a half in the market. Look, when you look at Dallas, you got two rookies starting on the offensive line today with Tyler Guyton and Cooper Bebee at center. So left tackle and center arguably your two most important positions. And you're starting rookies. And I look at the Cowboys, I just you know, CD is back, but there's not a lot of proven death there receiver, There's not a lot of proven playmakers. And you're gonna see Ezekiel Elliott and Recal dowbd Ole Doubell. By the way, his props have been hammered in terms of over yards, in terms of his overcarries because I think he's going to carry the heavier load. You're going against the Cleveland defense that was one of the best in the league. So it's like you got two rookies against Miles Garrett. That's bad news, I think for the Dallas offense and also with Cleveland, their offensive line, even though they did get a couple guys activated from the pup list. You're going against one another one of the best pass rushes in the league with Mike Parsons and company. So I think you're gonna see a lot of stalled out drives here with Mike Zimmer back Mike Zimmer maybe a little bit more aggressive in terms of sending some pressure. So I think this is going to be like a rock fight type of game for TB twelve's Boof debut on Fox this afternoon.

And we've already seen a bunch of unders hit today, right, five and three so far, so you could get what forty two and a half I think juiced under yeah, just over a.

Yeah, yeah, it is getting some late money. I don't know if it maybe there's some middlers that got like the very early number in the summer of forty four forty four and a half and then trying to find that little sweet spot there in the middle, or it could be just Better's chasing a little bit, thinking Okay, this is the big you know, afternoon game in the major TV windows, so they're going to try to get it back on the over. But I'm still sticking with the under despite the late move.

All right, Cleveland and Washington about to kick off, or excuse me, Tampa and Washington about to kick off. Cleveland and Dallas about to kickoff. A pair of under beets on that game. Sitting at forty two and a half looks like the best number that you can grab on that one, and then Tampa rolling with it.

You know, I was curious about this, you know, for Jade and Daniels.

Jeff as a rookie quarterback, Austin Eckler now in Washington, known to be a pretty good pass catcher. His over under is three and a half receptions juice heavily to the over at plus one forty five at DraftKings could you see someone like Austin Eckler being a good friend to Jade and Daniels in his debut if they're gonna get a little pressure on him and he could dump it off to a guy like Eckler coming out of the backfield.

Absolutely, But I don't see, you know, Kingsbury offense. It's not one that I think you know features the back in that way. At times, I do worry about that and Jane Daniels, ellis you was let it rip guy wasn't a checkdown guy. So I don't know if it if it fits exactly what you know, what the skill set of both those guys, but especially if if he feels trouble early in this game, Eckleer will be a great option just to dump it off to and feel good about getting some carries. But I don't it's not something that a game plan for I would say, as far as what Kingsbury has done in the past, So you have to just hope he's able to, you know, get some check down and find way to get him the ball.

That way.

Chargers and Raiders scoreless right now, the Raiders with the ball back. So it's been so far a bit of a defensive played game here, Wes. As this game continues, Chargers and Raiders, I'm looking at the in game price. The number has dropped down to what thirty six and a half.

Yeah, both these teams I think do want to establish the run Gus Edwards and JK. Dobbins of course, now with the Chargers and Zamir White, I got it. I think it's going to have a pretty good year in place of Josh Jacobs. But nothing doing very slow start. They're in so far with a partisan Raider crowd, as we expect that silver and black usually dominate everybody's like, is La a Ramstown or a Chargerstown might still be a Raider town.

Actually it's a USC town.

It is a USC town right now.

It is Raiders. It's a Raiders town pro team. It's a Raiderstown first, I'm with.

You, well, it's a Lakers town first and foremost it's who's ever winning town in Los Angeles.

So right now it's a Dodger town.

Miller Moss though too, and oh easy cover last night for old USC fight on Trojans. All right, we'll get you update on everything you need to know and also look at Sunday night football.

Do that next on Live Bet Sunday.

Dogs were barking early six and two ats for the Dogs in that one o'clock eastern window. Four o'clock window now underway. So looking for our first touchdown in any of these games. Alongside West Reynolds, I'm Tim Murray, Jeff Schwartz with us former NFL offensive lineman that we were fired up to have on our team here at vsin. You can catch him every Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday here on the network. Pretty good punt return for the Cleveland Browns as they go into Dallas territory.

And Jeff, you were talking about it. We were watching this Dallas Cleveland game.

Excuse me during the break and boy, Dak Prescott, you you're feeling better after signing that contract earlier today. But he got absolutely crushed on on first down.

Yeah, and by Zach. Zach Martin got beat, which is shocking. Zach Martin hall of famer, like never get to ease beat late, but still I was. I was shocked yet. But the reason why there was pressure is because Tyler guid In, the left tackle, who was making his first start, Miles get win right around on the running back. I had to then hit He'll kind of getting the way there, and Dak sort of stumbled a little bit and Martin's gonna beat him late. So again issues with offensive line. That's why I'm he's I can't even talk why I'm on the under in this game. So I hope he continues. I hope we see what you know. It sings to root for no points, but you know, I want to him wagers.

You know one thing I talked about Wes. I was doing some radio this morning.

Was Jerome Ford at anytime touchdown market for him as he gets the nod with Nick Chubb, he was some plus money there. By the way, that sack came courtesy of Dalvin Tomlinson. So let's just cut you quickly updated the story of the day. Fifty yard field goals.

We've got another one. I was just gonna say, we got two more.

Dicker to the kicker.

There he is for the Chargers, fifty.

Three yards out, so now three enough and lightning bolts Chargers, by the way, minus three in the hook and thirty seven and a half on the endplay.

And the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just connected on a fifty six yard field goal.

So it is unbelievable today. You know, maybe there's something to that.

By the way, Chase McLoughlin good from fifty six for Tampa so now three notugh And so just to give you a little update here, minus three in the hook, same thing there with Tampa Bay forty and a half on the total. Maybe there's something to it. That's like early in the season, we're gonna trust the kickers a little bit more because there's always the big bade our colleague and buddy Dave Ross is a big take the points guy, oh yeah, whereas I'm a big ay, no go for it guy. But early in the season you were seeing them, you know, not go it ford on these fourth and intermediates like you would. I think as we get into the meat of the season, so they're trusting their kicking game a lot more. It has paid off so far, so.

We're still looking for those first touchdown.

Props to cash here in the four o'clock Eastern window, Bucks up three to nothing, Chargers up three to nothing, Broncos up three to nothing, and Broncos excuse me, Brown's Cowboys scoreless still with the Browns facing a pretty big here second down.

I think that some of these teams, you know, just getting points to start off the season is a positive feeling. You feel good about it, and you know, look, let's just get some you know, let's get three points, like, let's feel good. I think that's sometimes I think we forget about part of the sort of human part of this is it's good to score on a drive. You start the season off, get three points better than zero points. And I think that teams feel that way, like early in games like let's get the three. Let's not go four to fourth down this early. Let's get to three, let's feel good about putting points to board, and we'll give our offense more confidence.

Sunday Night football tonight, fellas, we've got the Rams at the Detroit Lions. As we'll keep our eyes on all of the games that are going on right now across the NFL, but we've seen Lion money continue to hit the market as this number has been bet up to at circa and the Westgates super book to five.

Four and a half's out there if.

You do like the Detroit Lions looking like you know, cheapest money line out there is and that minus two to ten range total is now out to fifty three and a half. So Wes, I'll start with you just looking at Rams and Lions tonight, a rematch of a playoff showdown just a year ago, and the Lions on Sunday Night football catching or laying about four and a half.

Yeah, I will start with the total here. I would be looking maybe hopefully hoping for a slow start and then potentially an in game over. Neither of these quarterbacks, by the way, did play in the preseason with that Stafford golf, So is there going to be a little bit of rust early? At least that's the theory here. Now, they could come out like Philly and Green Bay did on that questionable field down in Sapalland and just score immediately and you never had an opportunity to get the number you wanted. But you know, when I was looking at this, tim Lions are obviously getting a lot of the money here, and they're getting all of the hype, and probably for good reason if you just bet them blindly the last three years, or thirty five and sixteen against the number. Indoor golf is an absolute thing for Jared Goff twenty five and nine against the number last three seasons. And you know, the Rams do have some issues at least I think on that interior offensive line, still trying to figure that out. Certainly have some dynamic receivers, and the defense I think will eventually get better. I don't I don't think it's necessarily oh my god, they lost Aaron Donald, even though he's one of the greatest ever to play the position. I don't think that's going to be much of a drop off necessarily defensively, but would lean to the over I won an end game, but I think the Rams obviously, like I was mentioning the interior offensive line Detroit, that's one area they don't really have much of an issue because they have one of the best units in the league up front. So I see why it's the steam on Detroit. I want to see how high it goes. Maybe I could sponsor the Rams at Apex that you know, take them at the close of business right before kickoff. But other than that, I have nothing on this Jeff can I can?

I can I give a prop for this game that I like that I take. I take sort of off him. So I really like I like Matt Stafford over his rushing prop when he plays teams that can rush the passer, because he will last couple of years. He'll he'll he'll go scramble for for a couple of yards. Especially with the offensive lines we talked about, they had, they had an idea of what they wanted to be and then they just switched all up because the injuries and whatnot. And it's point five. It was I got it's over point five even money now, Yeah, if you look at like when they play games on the road. The last couple of years and he has a you know, the offensive line struggling, he's facing a pass rush, he's you know, he's not taking knees right because you know they're losing or they're behind. He will he'll get a couple of rushing yards. It played well for me last season, and I'm gonna I'm gonna run it back like last year he had. I'm looking his box scores from last year. He would go twenty twenty three early in the year. Was it was a lot better eleven seventeen, seven yards, fourteen yards. I only played it when he placed when he faced the teams with good pass rushes, teams that that that aren't that don't have the pass rush. I lay off that. But like today, he's going to Detroit, it's gonna be allowed, it's gonna be hostile. They can rush the pass or a new offensive line. So I like it over half a yard.

The first drive for Jaden Daniels goes a swing pass that was behind the running back, so it was a loss of thirteen yards. And then it was a short pass to Ryan Robinson and then a scramble by the way another fifty yard field goal. As a fifty one yarder for Dustin Hopkins as the Cleveland Browns are on the board, so three nothing's across the board right now. Chargers up three to nothing, Broncos up three to nothing, Bucks up three to nothing, and the Browns now up three to nothing. You know, guys, the thing when we look at the prop market tonight that interests me the most is what are the Rams gonna do with Kyron Williams with this hole? He's gonna be the punt returner situation now. They drafted Blake Korum in the third round, so his over unders fifty nine and a half. My inclination would to play under, but I don't know if I could get there just yet, because I don't know if I'm overreacting to the news that he could return puntless.

Yeah.

Yeah, It's kind of a tricky deal, I think with running backs because you don't necessarily have very many of those bell Cow running backs, even though he certainly was the best of the bunch. Is the Rams just they never could run the ball over the last several years, and it seems like they finally found a running game to go along with that potent passing game with Pooka and of course, Cooper Cup another guy, by the way, if you're looking at a prop maybe in the passing game, how about DeMarcus Robinson over his yards. It's been hit a little.

Bit, but he's starting to get more reps. Remember he was buried.

He was behind Van Jefferson and two to two at well and then all of a sudden he started to get more reps late.

In the season.

So DeMarcus Robinson, because the Rams use a lot of those three wide receiver sets, so that's something you certainly want to look at as well.

Tonight we have a touchdown, ladies and gentlemen in the four o'clock window, and Alexander Madison has gone and found pay dirt, kind of like Ashton Genty last night for Oregon. The former Boise State Bronco takes a swing pass from Gardner Minshew, breaks a tackle, actually hurdled a defender, and raced into the end zone. So Alexander Madison is our first touchdown of this four o'clock window. As the Las Vegas Raiders take a six to three lead with the extra point up and good, it's now seven to three Raiders with forty five seconds to go in the opening quarter.

There so Raiders was a bet for me.

So hopefully I know me and Jeff are on opposite sides of this one as you went with the Chargers, Jeff. But early lead here for the Raiders seven three out there in Los Angeles.

Yeah, Raiders look good on that drive. I just I Gardner Minshew thing, I just can't. I can't. I can't do the governaments your thing. I just I've seen We've seen him on a decent team, five hundred quarterback on a bad team. He's just a dude. That's sort of my take on the Raiders right now. I just I don't trust Gardner Minshew.

That starting quarterback job's probably going to switch back. I think maybe about two or three times at some point with that Aidan O'Connell, Gardner Minshew, and then back to O'Connell, back to Minshew. We know Pierce. Look, he has loyalty to O'Connell too, by the way, even though he didn't start in week one, because O'Connell is the guy got hot late in the season and really got him the job real quickly.

Injury update from Seattle is Denver Leeds three to nothing. George Fant the starting right tackle for Seattle just came off the field very gingerly. So they have their backup right tackle in right now, so we'll keep our eyes on that. All right, Let's put a bow on this edition of Live Bet Sunday. It continues top of the hour, but we're gonna call it quits after our next segment. Final thoughts of what we saw so far today. Next, Benjamin Solac just put out a tweet of the picture. The Jacksonville Jaguars were at the fourteen yard line of the Minnesota Dolphins with two twenty seven to go in the third quarter, up ten and lost the game.

Man, that was something.

The ETN fumble in the end zone seemed to turn things around. We have a touchdown Brandon Cooks into the end zone for the Dallas Cowboys. As a pretty nice drive there for the Cowboys alongside West Reynolds, time, Tim Murray, Jeff Schwartz joining us as well, former NFL offensive liveman, part of the VSEN team now so Dak Prescott. Pretty nice drive there, Jeff moving down the field, couple passes to Ceedee Lamb, and now Brandon Cooks finds the end zone. As I didn't see it live, so looking at the replay looks like a corner route and Brandon cooks into the end zone seven to three, Dallas.

With the lead, Dallas two in the book, forty seven and a half on the total.

That was a great I was a fantastic drive by them. They got lamb one on one. They looked for a very confident offense. We talked about, you know, for the offensive line. Right there, Dak Press as a free runner, probably blown us on by the rookie left tackle, and he went ahead and made a play. Anyways, I mean, that's why you're paying sixty million.

Dollars a year.

That is true.

He is a happy man now that he signed. Is his new contract. All right, Let's get some updated numbers in game wise here. As end of the first quarter, the Raiders have a seven to three lead over the Chargers West. Chargers do have the ball. They're facing a third down before the start. When the second quarter gets underway, Yeah.

Raiders minus two in the hook minus a dollar twenty forty one and a half on the total. Raiders on the money line minus one forty five Chargers about plus one fifteen plus one twenty ish shop around.

There by the way, we saw another fifty yard field goal Jason Myers a fifty yarder for the Seattle Seahawks. Three to three is the score their late first quarter. Broncos and Seahawks West.

We're on a little delay because I believe we have a challenge here. Bo Nicks was ruled short here that it would be fourth and one on the thirty nine Denver. Sean Payton is going ahead and challenging the spot, so we'll wait on the review there. So wagering frozen right now. But Seattle minus four and a half thirty nine and a half on the total.

So sorry to cut you off. So they're challenging. So the NFL and college football, when you slide as a quarterback, they spot the ball where you slide. I think it's a terrible rule. If you dive forward, I think they spot the ball where you start to dive or where you the ball goes. I can't really I never figured that one out. Boden sort of did like a half feet first slide, head first slide type of thing, so I where he started his slide. I think the ball is short, But if you count as like a head first dive, he might actually be over the first down. He lands over the first down marker when he gets to the ground. But I never quite understand where they actually spot these if you do a half slide dive thing like he's still like on a side ball forward. It looked like it was in between both of those things.

Yeah, so we're waiting. They're still reviewing this right.

Yeah, because yeah, and Jeff is right, he is short on the initial but he's never touched. So as he completes the slide that would make it a first down, he'd be across the line of scrimmage and call is over.

They don't know that it's not ruled that way anymore. They don't. They don't rule it where you end your slide. It's where you if you slide feet first, is where you start your slide. Because I've seen this happen a lot where especially in college, they're very firm about it. Quarterbacks are you know, third and one, third and two, they're running on rpo. Then they go to slide and they don't realize that they mark you where you start your slide and they're short. I'm like, just dive forward, get a first down. You can't be hit anyway, so you can give yourself up and protect yourself. How many quarterbacks to do we see that slide feed first get blasted in the head. I think you should always dive headfirst if you're quarterback.

Denver, by the way, did get the benefit of the overturn here, so they get their first first down in the game. Now Seattle minus three and a half in.

Play, Raiders getting the ball back after a touchdown drive they got to stop, so Gardner Minshew will start his next drive in the shades of his own end zone. There seven to three, the Raiders with the lead over the Chargers inside their own ten yard line. So three to three Denver and Seattle. With the Denver Broncos driving a bit and almost an interception they're thrown by Bo Nicks. All right, fellas before we before we wrap this up, quick thoughts on Monday night football.

Obviously we will be here, Jeff.

You'll be with Stormy tomorrow, so plenty more thoughts, but just quick initial inclination. I took the Jets in one of the contests at four and a half, the number down to four total, sitting at forty three and a half. Jeff, your thoughts about Jets and Niners, and you mentioned a little bit about Kirk Cousins in the poor performance he had today in the steelers eighteen to ten win over the Atlanta Falcons. Does that affect the way you look at how Aaron Rodgers could potentially look tomorrow.

No, but I do think it is very fair to sit this game out. I know it's a standalone gaming you want to wager on it because the Chargers offensively have has not played together.

Right.

Rogers got hurt last season an early season, they have new offensive tackles, they haven't played together in the preseason. To me, you don't know what this offense is gonna be. On the other side, I'm not saying you should ever wager own or not on vibes right, but the Niners vibes aren't great now. Everyone's back, brand I equispact, Trim Williams is back, but they also haven't practiced together right. Rock Perty had an up and down precis. He got to hit a bunch of the preseason like they weirdly like left him in a lot guys to play in the priests. I don't know why, and if I don't feel great in San Francisco, so to me, this is just a sort of sit out game, and I want to do both teams look like I think if you asked me to make a pick, I probably lean Niners. I think the overreaction in the market to some of the Niners issues is a little bit too much for me. That's where I would sit right now. I'd sit on on just sort of sitting it out. But I've had to choose a side, it would be the Niners.

Wes Thoughts on Monday Night Football.

You'll be on with Joe Salo tomorrow night as well here on endgame postgame on the Cashing Out Program. I am on the Jets also at four and a half contests and also in pocket. I really like what they did on the offensive line. We were talking about the Cowboys. One of the issues is they don't have Tyron Smith anymore because he's now the left tackle for the New York Jets, and you add him Vera Tucker back healthy, they get Moses from Baltimore. That was a loss on their offensive We saw their offensive line, by the way, on Thursday night, have some real problems Baltimore just not in sync, losing a couple guys actually to the Jets. So I like the offensive line better and obviously you got to protect You're now about forty year old quarterback and Aaron Rodgers. But I think this Jets team they're going to be a more run heavy team. I think you're gonna see that this year. They're going to ride Brees Hall as far as he can take them. Good weapons there at receiver they did. You had Mike Williams from the Chargers, so it gives them another veteran target. And then the Jets defense might be the best on paper in the National Football League. Certainly they're good against the run, they're good at rushing the passer, they're back seven, their linebackers and their secondary might be the best in all of the NFL. So I like the defense. I really gotten higher on the Jets too. And I think what Jeff said about vibes with the forty nine ers, you had a lot of guys, you know, the Super Bowl loser, and everybody wants their money. Ayuk wants his money, Trent Williams wants his extension, and once it wasn't even Ayyuk, it was really Trent Williams. Where you saw the line kind of move a little bit toward the forty nine ers because we know that offensive line. It might be a bottom third group in the NFL without Trent and Williams. And you know, I just wonder about the forty nine ers. I know they trend goes against them. I believe it's five nineteen and one against the number of the Super Bowl loser in week number one, and you're a favorite on Monday Night football to boot Aaron Rodgers of course, returning to the Bay Area. So I thought four and a half was high with what I think is a little bit better defense went in doubt. I'm usually gonna side with the better defensive team getting points.

All right, as we as we put ah on this day so far dogs barking six and two to the dogs. Ats the big stunner, of course, the New England Patriots deep defeat the Cincinnati Bengals as seven and a half point dogs, the biggest dog of the weekend, the number one selection and circus survivor. The Cincinnati Bengals loses Jeff Real quickly. Just sticking with the Jets here, the Division Bills come back win thirty four twenty eight. The New England Patriots shock the Cincinnati Bengals, and the Miami Dolphins come back and beat the Jacksonville Jaguars after Etn's fumble kind of sparked this Dolphins team.

So it's been quite the day for the AFC East.

So you know, maybe this division, you know, I said it's it's loaded up top, but the Patriots are gonna be a bunch of bums.

I don't know, Maybe I was wrong. Maybe it's gonna be four headed monster here.

Well, I got a lot of money on the Patriots being bad this year, so I hope that the Unders go ahead and hit there. So not the best start, but I have like under point total. Let's say it was fine with that fewest wins in the NFL. I think I'm still gonna be okay. I'm gonna cross my fingers and hope that I'm good there.

Well, your former team, the New York Giants, might have something to say about worst team in the NFL.

That was quite the performance to this will be where the fun is right here on v Sin's and stay tuned on the network here Later this Sunday is you're gonna start to see some lines be put out there for week number two, and that's where you compare them to the look ahead the week before where they overadjusted where they under adjusted. I often think week two, week three, that's more fun actually than week one, because you're a little bit unsure because we haven't seen these teams, but now we have least got a first glimpse of them. Yeah.

Then, if you look at college, there were a couple of big overreactions, and maybe they were right because Texas and Tennessee both won very comfortably off of their overreaction big moves. All right, fellas good work for Jeff Schwartz and West Reynolds.

I'm sim Murray.
