ChasingHorse grew up in a matriarchal family in Alaska as a member of the Hän Gwich'in people. Her advocacy, on behalf of her community, has made her an ambassador in the fashion industry for new perspectives and values, which she inherited from her mother and grandmother. For ChasingHorse, integrity and authenticity runs deep—her entire family is rooted in Native advocacy and raised her to have a distinct, fiery voice all her own.
