Join assistant editor Geoffrey Plant as he talks with local rafting legend, storyteller, and two-stepping champion Francisco "Cisco" Guevara. Cisco shares how a kid from Los Alamos helped found the first rafting company in Northern New Mexico and how much the sport has changed over the years. Cisco is also the president of Amigos Bravos, a local non-profit dedicated to protecting rivers statewide. He discusses successes the organization has had in recent years and also the biggest threats to local rivers. Finally, Cisco shares some of his favorite stories with Geoffrey, including how he got his famous hat.
