Join assistant editor Geoffrey Plant as the Taos News revisits the Hermits Peak - Calf Canyon Fire two years later in a special series. This week's guest is Antonia Roybal-Mack, a wildfire attorney. Antonia is from Mora originally, but her firm works in Farmington, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque as well. She has been working tirelessly to ensure her rural clients get compensation from FEMA. Like many people from the area, she has experienced personal loss from the fires. She describes visiting her parent's burned ranch in Chacon as "the hardest day of my life".
