Following a career as a professional athlete Troy Gray has been firmly entrenched in the television and charity industries since 2001.

Troy has Created, Produced and Presented multiple award-winning TV shows across a number of formats – both in Australia and internationally. 

He has also been an integral part of the founding team for huge global projects. These large-scale ventures have seen Troy work alongside some of the biggest names in television, in addition to luminaries from the international sporting, music and philanthropic landscape.

Strike Out Suicide campaign:

Troy founded this project in 2021 in honour of his father who took his own life 30 years ago.

This mental health philanthropic project brings people from across Australia together by completing daily ‘boxing strikes’ to raise funds to empower Aussies to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion, and hope. The campaign focuses on the importance of reaching out, connecting with your village, and making it easier for people to feel better earlier, get well and stay well.

Strike Out Suicide already has the support of many high-profile athletes, including ex-AFL players, in addition to boxing world champions like Jeff Fenech and Jeff Horn. 

With the generous support of celebrity ambassadors, Strike Out Suicide is bringing awareness to the growing incidence of suicide, in addition to removing the stigma, dispelling the myths, and educating the public.
