Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to the light inside of you. You know, Vitamin D is all about setting the light on the good and the bad, because what do I say? If you want to be better and you want to do better, you have to be able to see better. And sometimes that's even just seeing yourself or perhaps even allowing yourself to be seen. I was listening to this track called "The Light" by David Sebastian, and in it, this brother, he's spittin' jams.

He says, "Gods inside of all of us. I walk in a room and I light it up." I got to say, you have to allow yourself to be seen. ALL of you. That's the magical part of yourself. See, when we give ourselves permission to show up we make room for others to do the same. And one thing about when you allow yourself permission to be who you are, that's saying that you know who you are.

David Sebastian goes on to say, "I'm convinced when you know who you are, that's the confidence. All you got to do is recognize your awesomeness." Perhaps that's what Marianne Williamson meant when she said, "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." It's time to tap into the light and be all that you are.

But see, here's the thing. I think oftentimes we find ourselves functioning. Not realizing that THINGS function and PEOPLE live So let me go back to what David Sebastian says. "Get off autopilot. Use your soul for guidance. First, you close your eyelids. Then you sit in silence. Then you visualize it. You manifest your mindset. Look inside. You'll find it. Put yourself in alignment. Then you will shine the brightest."

Are you ready to shine? Your light? It only requires you to step forward and be who you are. Are you ready to show the world who you are? The time is now. It's dedicated for you to shine your light. So shine the light inside of you.
