Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to finding the real you. Finding out what makes you tick. Knowing what matters in your life and what doesn’t. Tapping into your true potential and aligning yourself with the path to your purpose.

Oftentimes in figuring out who we are, is realizing who we’re not. There is no right or wrong way to do this. You must do what works best for you. Keeping your eyes in your lane and staying focused on running your race. That’s what I like to call doing you.

In doing you, you may fall. Sometimes you fall down because there’s something down there that you’re supposed to find. You may repeatedly fall because you have yet to find it. If and when you fall, lose yourself completely. Lose yourself so that the next time you get up you are renewed. Ridding yourself of those ideals of what and whom you thought you’re “supposed” to be. Discover your sense of purpose and restore your vision so that obstacles are no longer roadblocks, but stepping-stones.

Just like Eminem stated in his hit song “Lose Yourself,” sometimes in life you have to lose yourself so that you can get to the point in saying that “success is my only option, failure is not.” Catch it!
