Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to releasing the demons that you hold inside. Let go of the unnecessary weight you are carrying and be unapologetically you. Often times we hold so much regret, sadness, fear, etc because of the mere thought of what someone else may think and I say to hell with that.

Let’s face it, we all have a “dark side.” However, it’s only dark because we have yet to allow the light to expose who we truly are. Expose your truth. Not so much to appease other people, but so that you can be authentically you. Live your life knowing that you did it your way. No regrets and no malice. You simply just did you.

I charge you to surround yourself with the right people. The right people are those who will inspire and encourage you to be authentically you. So much so, that even when they’re not around you, you can be you. Just like in the hit song “Demons” by Imagine Dragons you may feel that “with the beast inside, there’s nowhere [to] hide,” but I say to you, when you decide to step forward with your “demons” you’ll realize there wasn’t ever a need to hide in the first place. Catch it!
