Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to shaking it off. Between you and me, how many times have you been awarded for majoring in the minor? I don’t know about you, but for me, it’s more times than I can count. However, there comes a time when you just have to check yourself and say RE-LAX!

You must not concern yourself with matters that do not affect your bottom line. Whether it be people, situations and/or things. Heighten your awareness to know matters that are out of your control and that do not concern you. Know that people are going to say whatever they want about you and unforeseen circumstances are going to get thrown at you. So what? Just shake it off!

The best part about life is that it doesn’t stop. It just keeps going. So go with it and know that everything is going to be alright. Know that everything that happens is for your greater good and that some things are just out of your control. Take note from the hit single “Shake It Off” by Taylor Swift and say, “I'm dancing on my own, I make the moves up as I go and that's what they don't know…I’m just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake…shake it off.”
