Today’s dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to being bulletproof. Often times we are faced with situations that feel like “bullets” are being shot at us no matter where we turn. Our first instinct is to run, but I charge you to just stand. Yes, stand front and center.

In “Titanium” Sia belts, “you shoot me down, but I won’t fall…I am titanium!” Yes, you are titanium! You can withstand anything that comes your way. Face whatever situation in front of you without fear. Fearlessly stand in the mindset that all of those “bullets” will ricochet and fall at your feet. Walk with a clear mind that these situations will make you stronger, wiser and better than you have ever been before. The fact of the matter is, you will not crumble. You will survive…because you are metaphysically designed to do so!

Place your Forrest Gump running shoes on the shelf, because you have no more use of them! From here on out, you will not run from the “bullets” being targeted at you. You will stand with your arms open wide and your eyes focused on the “gunman.” Now don’t be surprised if that gunman staring back at you is…YOU!
