Bailey speaks to one of the owners of the quarry, Grant Dakus, about the future of the land on which the quarry resides.

Recently, the owners started enforcing the trespassing that has been happening on the land with help of the RCMP.

The land is closed to the public until further notice. A plan for the future of the land is coming together and could include gifting the land to the CVRD to turn it into an official Regional Park.
