A heated altercation took place at an Oscar after party between Justin Bieber and Usher. Usher used to be Justin's mentor and this was a heated exchange and Beyoncé and Jay Z expensive after party. Apparently Justin Bieber came at Usher with heat. There was holding and shirt tugging involved. People think it has to do with Diddy and the whole situation.
