Nova Village NS is a welcoming and empowering family hub providing free programs and services supporting the health and wellbeing of families and youth.

NVNS provides wrap-around support from prenatal to families with youth up to the age of 19.  NVNS provides a variety of programs, in-person or virtual and onsite or home based. Our goal is to provide easily accessible support to families, parents and youth where and when they need it most. No family needs to go through tough times alone and NVNS is there to help through all stages of parenthood. Programs including parenting programs, counselling, crisis intervention, family support services, peer support groups, family social groups, maternal mental wellness programs, family literacy programs, workshops on family health and safety and the Thriving Families NS program.

In addition to the programs, NVNS operates a vibrant community hub which families can drop in to speak with trained staff to navigate through life challenges. Supporting over 1100 participants last year, they provide families opportunities to Connect, Grow and Thrive.
