Lydia O’Regan is the creator of The Halifax Diaper Bank  - a Facebook page that facilitates pick up of diaper donations (open sleeve or loose diapers welcome) and arranges diaper deliveries to families in need.  They provide relief and support for caregivers during times of financial hardship, and a sustainable, efficient option for donating diapers that would otherwise be thrown out.   The goal of the Diaper Bank is to create an HRM that ensures no parent ever has to choose between basic necessities or keeping their baby clean and comfortable, with dignity.
