Daniel and Stuart provide a brief summary of the  in-principle agreement reached at the end of the 2017. Daniel discusses the wages outcome and allowance increases, changes to shift penalty payments, changes to Continuing Medical Education, variation of fractional hours and work patterns, changes to maximum or fixed term contracts, and a set of descriptors for a Manager’s Allowance. Daniel and Stuart also discuss the review of Specialist existing rates of pay and conditions and the continuing work on the development of Savings schedules during the life of the Agreement.
