The US is marking the 25th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks. Almost 3000 people died in the attacks in 2001 - including two South Africans. This year there's renewed focus on the thousands of people who died from illness in the years following the worst terror attacks on US soil. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
