The two men who forced Victor Mlotshwa into a coffin and threatened to shoot him if he ran away have been denied bail by the Middelburg Magistrate's Court. Magistrate Jongilizwe Dumehleli ruled in the case against Willem Oosthuizen and Theo Martin-Jackson - the co-accused - in the so-called coffin assault case. The duo face charges of assault to cause grievous bodily harm, after they assaulted Mlotshwa and forced him into a coffin alive. The case will be back again in court on January 25th.
