The South African Communist Party together with its alliance partners, has marched to the Kgosi Mampuru II Correctional Facility in Pretoria, in protest against the imminent release of Janusz Walus. The party has also launched a rescission application against the Constitutional Court judgment which ordered that Walus, the killer of SACP leader, Chris Hani, be released on parole.
