The unfair dismissals case of 60 former South African Police Service members faces yet another delay. This comes after Judgment was reserved by the Bloemfontein High Court. The former police officers were dismissed by SAPS using its Discipline Regulation 9, which is a fast-track process to handle serious staff misconduct and issue quick dismissals without trial.
