Responding to Madlanga Commission of Inquiry Evidence Leader Matthew Chaskalson, Sergeant Nkosi said he was under the impression that the tender process was closed.

Responding to Madlanga Commission Evidence Leader Advocate Mathew Chaskalson, Nkosi says it is then that Mnisi asked for his brother's company vendor number.
