Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations has categorically rejected the findings of a UN Commission of Inquiry that Israel has committed genocide in Gaza. This after the inquiry concluded that top Israeli officials, including Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu incited acts of genocide against the people of Palestine. Ambassador Daniel Meron has called the report "scandalous" and "fake", saying that it relied on "misleading statistics, unfounded apocalyptic predictions based on weak data".
