A new report shows that South Africa's public service struggles with implementation, corruption, and innovation, lagging behind Canada, Singapore, and Rwanda's governance progress. This is according to a recent report titled "Productivity as a Frontier in the South African Public Service," which was commissioned by the Presidency and led by a team of academics.
