The courtroom where former Johannesburg Mayor, Kabelo Gwamanda is expected to appear, is reportedly packed to capacity.  Gwamanda is expected before the Protea Magistrate's Court, in Soweto, on fraud charges after he allegedly defrauded Soweto residents in an alleged funeral policy scheme. Sergeant Fannie Nkosi has denied being in possession of tender bids documents of the City of Tshwane six months before the tender process was closed. Responding to Madlanga Commission of Inquiry Evidence Leader Matthew Chaskalson, Sergeant Nkosi said he was under the impression that the tender process was closed.

Responding to Madlanga Commission Evidence Leader Advocate Mathew Chaskalson, Nkosi says it is then that Mnisi asked for his brother's company vendor number.
