The courtroom where former Johannesburg Mayor, Kabelo Gwamanda is expected to appear, is reportedly packed to capacity. Gwamanda is expected before the Protea Magistrate's Court, in Soweto, on fraud charges after he allegedly defrauded Soweto residents in an alleged funeral policy scheme. Some of his alleged victims opened a case last year and Gwamanda handed himself over to the police on the 18 October. For more on this we are joined on the line by SABC News reporter, Monique Lewis
