Princess Masindi Mphephu, who is challenging her uncle, Toni Mphephu Ramabulana for the Vhavenda throne, has disputed a view that she does not qualify to ascend the throne because she was born before her late father was inaugurated. Princess Mphephu, daughter of the late chief of Vhavenda, Tshimangadzo Dimbanyika Mphephu is being cross-examined by Prince Toni Mphephu Ramabulana's lawyer, Carlos Da Silva. Thirty two-year-old princess Mphephu is challenging her uncle the crown at the Polokwane High court, Limpopo. The matter is being heard before three Judges.
