The Pretoria Magistrate's Court has postponed to 25 April 2025, the perjury case against former Public Protector, Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane. Mkhwebane made a brief appearance in court this morning, where she is accused of lying under oath about meetings she had with former President Jacob Zuma. This is in relation to one of her findings on the ABSA-Reserve Bank matter, which she lost with costs in the Constitutional Court.
