The Skukuza  Magistrate Court, in Mbombela is expected to sentence three men who were convicted of poaching related charges in May this year. Thirty-three-year-old  Dominic Mnisi,31-year-old  Ayanda Ngomane and 31-year-old Lwazi Malambe were convicted of seven counts including, trespassing at a national park, hunting of rhinoceros in a nation park and possession of unlicensed firearm, among charges. The Democratic Alliance says President Cyril Ramaphosa 'unintentionally' violated the Electoral Code of Conduct when he addressed the country as Head of State shortly before the May 29th Provincial and National Elections. The matter is currently being heard by Electoral Court despite the DA's contention that it tried to reach an out of court settlement with the presidency. Legal counsel for the DA, Advocate Anthony Stein says the address by Ramaphosa was an abuse of a state institution for party political purposes. Court hears DA's case accusing President Cyril Ramaphosa of violating Electoral Code of Conduct in pre-election address

The Road Traffic Management Corporation is today raiding trucking companies that owe millions of rands in vehicle license fees.  This operation started last week in Gauteng where they raided over 23 companies. They have already identified more than one thousand 700 trucks in Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal. This recent operation is happen between Ogies and Emalahleni today. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter, Mthobisi Mkhalipi in Mpumalanga....
