Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo has called for the establishment of a permanent Commission to investigate any possible State Capture. Zondo lamented Parliament over its lack of implementation of the recommendations of the State Capture report. He delivered the keynote address at the colloquium hosted by the Human Sciences Research Council in Pretoria on the future of South Africa's democracy after the State Capture Commission.
