ANC's Parks Tau says they are planning to launch a civil case against newly elected City of Johannesburg mayor DA's Herman Mashaba over remarks that he allegedly made about ANC women in senior executive positions in the City of Johannesburg. He was speaking at the funeral of a councillor in the city- Nonhlanhla Mthembu, in Naturena south of Johannesburg. Mthembu died on Monday after collapsing at the inaugural council meeting.
