A standoff has unfolded outside the Roodepoort home of Johannesburg City Manager, Floyd Brink, after a warrant was issued for his arrest following the city's reported failure to comply with a court order. This was in an attempt to enforce a warrant of arrest on Brink in relation to a matter that involves a resident of the City and a disputed utilities account.
