The Nkabinde Inquiry into suspended Gauteng DPP Andrew Chauke's fitness to hold office resumed today in Pretoria. Evidence leader Senior Counsel Themba Skosana warns that if Advocate Batohi gets her legal counsel but still won't testify at the inquiry, evidence leaders may need to use subpoena powers to compel her continuation. The outgoing NDPP had excused herself last month after a heated cross-examination.
