Suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane wants the two evidence leaders in the Section 194 hearings, Nazreen Bawa and Ncumisa Mayosi to be removed. Mkhwebane, through her legal counsel Dali Mpfu, says the main ground for her application is the disclosure of fees by the evidence leaders, paid to certain advocates. This is the second application for the recusal of the evidence leaders. The first was brought by UDM leader Bantu Holomisa, last month.
