Member of the public Kishene Chetty has told the Ad Hoc Committee investigating criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system that he was dragged to court over matters or cases that were not registered with the court. Responding to Evidence Leader Advocate Norman Arendse, Chetty said he has been harassed several times by law enforcement.
