The KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg has adjourned to 4 December, the corruption case against former President Jacob Zuma and French arms company, Thales. The adjournment comes after Judge Nkosinathi Chili dismissed applications by both parties to have all charges against them dropped. Zuma's petition to the Supreme Court of Appeal against the dismissal of his application for the removal of the lead prosecutor, is still pending.
