Chairperson of the KwaMaphumulo Taxi Association Sphamandla Mhlongo says the Cator Manor police were altering detention warrants when arresting the Kwa-Maphumulo Taxi Association. Speaking at the Nkabinde Enquiry into Advocate Chuake's Fitness to Hold Office, Mhlongo said his association members were being killed by Cator Manor Police in conjunction with rival taxi association.
